KH Legal Advice is the consulting firm of mr. Kaj Hollemans, expert in the field of laws and regulations, strategy and policy regarding alcohol, cannabis, drugs, tobacco, gambling and prevention. In recent years, mr. Kaj Hollemans has specialized in subjects related to health, addiction, prevention, age verification, public order and safe clubbing. He has affinity with the topics of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, (online) gambling and prevention and he follows all developments.
KH Legal Advice’s expertise concerns in particular the Alcohol Act, the Opium Act, the Tobacco and Tobacco Products Act, the (Remote) Gambling Act, the General Administrative Law Act and the Open Government Act.
From 2005 to 2015, Mr. Kaj Hollemans was involved in the creation and implementation of Dutch policy on alcohol, drugs and tobacco. As senior legal policy officer at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, he contributed to recent changes in laws and regulations.
